Across borders, a handful of humble ingredients - rice, potato and chicken become storytellers. In this project, I have photographed their quiet transformations, where each dish speaks in the accent of its homeland. This is a sensory archive where color, texture and tradition weave together. Food becomes both canvas and a mirror that reveals the beauty of difference and warmth of shared roots.
